Vegan Chia Seed Bowl with Coconut Orange Almonds

2019 is here! The beginning of a new year always brings such great feelings of excitement and a motivation to change up your habits. And something we're excited to try out this year is Veganuary. Yeah, you read that right: all vegan January. We're trying out an all plant-based lifestyle for the next 30 days and the best way to kick things off is with our favorite meal of the day- breakfast! Not only are chia seed bowls packed with omega-3 fatty acids & antioxidants, but they make for the easiest meal prep breakfast.

3/4 Cups Non-Dairy Milk
1 Cups Vegan Vanilla Yogurt (We love So Delicious Coconut Milk Yogurt)
2 TBSP Cup Chia Seeds
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 TBSP Maple Syrup (or Agave!)
Toppings: Lush Gourmet Coconut Orange Almonds, Banana, Coconut Flakes
Mix all ingredients (besides toppings) together in a bowl. Cover and let rest in the fridge overnight for best consistency. Top with fresh fruit + Coconut Orange Almonds and enjoy!
